YCDN has hosted 9 training programs for nearly 400 young people from diversified ethic groups of 10 townships in Rakhine State. Out of them, about 45 percent of alumni are working with LNGOs, INGOs in humanitarian and sustainable community development projects and 35 percent of alumni are supporting the CBOs, CSOs, LNGO & INGO who are implementing the activities in their villages as a volunteer in Rakhine state and 20 percent of alumni had chances to extend their knowledge in other related education programs.
